1) Operator Information

Lervox Wallet is operated by:

• You can use Lervox without creating an account or signing in.
• We do not maintain an identity-based user database.
• You manage your wallet directly and remain responsible for safeguarding access.

3) Data We Handle

A) Wallet secrets and control

• Lervox is non-custodial: we do not hold your Bitcoin and cannot access your funds.
• Your recovery phrase (seed phrase) and private keys are not collected by us and are not stored on our servers.
• If you lose your recovery phrase, we cannot restore your wallet.

B) Support communications (only if you contact us)

Because there is no login, we do not receive your email automatically.

If you contact us at support@lervoxbit.com, we may receive:

• Your email address
• The content of your message
• Any attachments you choose to include (e.g., screenshots)

We use this information only to respond to you and provide support.

4) What We Do Not Collect (Normal Use)

In ordinary wallet use, we do not collect or store:

• Names, government IDs, addresses, or phone numbers
• Recovery phrases or private keys
• Advertising identifiers, tracking profiles, or marketing dossiers
• Contacts or photo library data
• Precise location information

5) Device Access & Permissions

Lervox may request limited access to device features when you choose to use them:

• Biometric unlock: If enabled, your device verifies you locally to open the wallet. Lervox does not receive or store biometric data; your operating system manages it.
• Camera (QR scanning): Used to read QR codes for payment requests and addresses. Scanning occurs on your device.
• Internet connection: Needed to communicate with the Bitcoin network (directly or through providers you select) to broadcast transactions and retrieve network information.

We do not use these permissions for advertising, profiling, or user tracking.

6) Bitcoin Network & Public Ledger

• Transactions you make are recorded on a public blockchain. This information is not controlled by Lervox and may be visible to others on the network.
• Bitcoin transactions are generally irreversible. You are responsible for confirming addresses and amounts before sending.

7) Selling, Sharing, and Advertising

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not run behavioral advertising.
• We do not share personal information except:
• to respond when you contact support, or
• when required to comply with a valid legal request (see Section 10).

8) Data Retention

• Normal app use: no retention of personal data because we do not collect it.
• Support emails: retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and keep a clear support record, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

9) Children’s Privacy

Lervox Wallet is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10) Legal Requests

• We do not maintain user accounts or identity-based records.
• If served with a valid legal request, we can only provide information we actually have—typically limited to support communications voluntarily sent to us.

11) International Processing

• Lervox does not routinely transfer personal data because normal use does not involve collection.
• Support emails may be processed through standard email infrastructure that can involve international routing.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will publish the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date above.
